ETL Awarded Major Government Contract
ETL is proud to be awarded a framework contract by the Crown Commercial Service (CCS), securing a place on all 4 Lots it has bid for. These Lots cover a broad spectrum of estates services including Estate Management, Agency and Lease Management, Surveying and Strategic Advice, and Valuation and Compulsory Purchase Orders.
ETL is now a supplier for the £500m CCS estate framework, enabling public sector organisations and government bodies to utilise suppliers after they have been through a rigorous selection procedure.
The CCS framework model replaces the Government Estates Professional Services framework and is split into 7 lots that cover all aspects including acquisitions, leasing, occupation, disposals, surveys, and strategic advice.
The framework is in place to help reduce running costs and raise capital via the sale of government-owned properties and introducing new, smart technologies resulting in better space utilisation which will further support the drive towards net carbon zero and objectives to ‘level-up regions’.
Stephen Edgar, Director of Property at ETL, commented: " We are delighted to be awarded a place on such a prestigious government framework whose service offering aligns closely with our integrated estate capabilities at ETL.
"At ETL, our team is highly experienced in optimising the value from government estate. By enhancing asset management, flexible use of space and sustainability-driven solutions, we are assisting organisations in targeted cost reductions, delivering long term savings and income generation and reinvesting disposal proceeds back into frontline services."
