ETL Strengthens Leadership Team

Following the success of the interim senior leadership team, ETL is delighted to announce the permanent appointment to roles on the recently formed Executive Committee. ETL’s new leadership model has been at work for the first six months of the year and has put in place a robust and exciting growth strategy to cement its position as the UK’s leading health and life sciences consultancy. This announcement coincides with other recent appointments across the company in key roles, including five new graduates to help deliver new project wins across the UK.

The new Executive Committee is headed by Tina Nolan. Tina takes the position of Managing Director with responsibility for the overall delivery of ETL’s Strategy. Tina commented, "ETLs growth and success over the last eight years will now benefit from having a more agile and responsive group of decision-makers all bringing skills that make a robust platform to propel the business over the coming years."

Mark Halstead will lead ETL’s Life Sciences sector; responsible for building capability and market share in the sector. Adam Trigg becomes Director of Client Relations helping to grow ETLs visibility and customer base in our market sectors. Paul Styler has been appointed as an Executive Director on the Board and as lead for Infrastructure Solutions will be responsible for developing and expanding our range of services to existing and new clients.

Michelle Hartin has also been appointed as an Executive Director and in addition to Director of Operations, responsibilities will lead the corporate services function which provides vital support to the business and its clients.
