New Hospital Programme Directors Network - Perspectives Series

To get the most from a major infrastructure project it is vital that everyone understands the role advisors play in the development of robust project development and therefore contribute to securing successful project outcomes. Clarity and a common understanding of strengths and abilities across resources available to a project are key, and knowing how to get the most from all of that resource is vital.

At ETL we have developed a series of short sessions for Project teams to hear from a range of New Hospital Programme (NHP) advisors, discuss their roles and requirements and how best a project team can create strong and effective relationships with them for the benefit of the project.
