Healthcare Strategy and Planning
Our purpose is to support the development of sustainable healthcare systems responsive to growth and changes in demand, exacting financial pressures and digital opportunities.
After the Goldrush - Making Capital Healthy
The FREE white paper is a collaboration between ETL and HKS. It considers how capital investment in healthcare can deliver the best return on investment both financial and non financial.
Collectively, the ETL Healthcare Strategy and Planning team has completed approaching 1000 assignments in the UK and internationally over the past 20 years. The depth and breadth of our experience spans all sectors including acute, community, primary care and mental health and across all aspects of health, education and research and from high level strategic reviews of clinical and academic service reconfiguration and estate infrastructure strategies to developing detailed operational policies at the commissioning stages of projects.
Our Healthcare Strategy and Planning team consists of people with diverse but complementary backgrounds including clinical, research, architecture and project management, informatics, finance and operational management. Additionally, through our relationship with Kings Health Partners, we have unique access to the expertise and experience of a leading academic and health sciences centre.
We offer the full range of advisory services from system-wide demand and capacity modelling and health needs assessment to simulation modelling of flows and resource utilisation.
