On 28 March 2023, the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero announced that £17m of funding will be made available for Phase 4 of the Public Sector Low Carbon Skills Fund, which will be delivered by Salix Finance. The portal <a href="https://www.salixfinance.co.uk/phase-4-public-sector-low-carbon-skills-fund" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">opens </a>on April 26th and funding is designed for all eligible public sector bodies to hire expert consultants to create heat decarbonisation plans. 
Lexica secured over 10% of the previous LCSF round of funding for our clients. We are proud to have been recognised by clients for the quality and efficiency of the decarbonisation plans we have produced for them. 
Uniquely, Lexica has delivered 12 heat decarbonisation plans for clients including NHS Trusts, schools, local authorities, and the emergency services. Lexica offers a whole building suite of services to help clients deliver their decarbonisation schemes, such as application support, business case support and a procurement route to market.
