Mark has a diverse range of experience gained over fifteen years within construction, property, and building, including capital projects and facilities management, general traditional construction as well as experience of volumetric (modular); from new build to refurbishment of existing buildings and spaces.
Mark has extensive healthcare experience having worked on many capital projects for various trusts across the south of England. Including the Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust, East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust, Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and the Medway NHS Foundation Trust.
Qualifications
Mark is a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) and a member of the Association of Project Managers (APM). He has also recently achieved the qualification as an accredited NEC4 Project Manager. Mark also has the usual construction site specific qualifications, including SMSTS and CSCS.
