Melanie delights in the technically challenging areas of healthcare delivery. She understands how things fit together from the construction site through the drawn environment to operations - imaging, surgery, pharmacy, laboratory and sterile services - yet also has considerable success in the patient-facing aspects of primary and acute care, mental health, specialist cancer facilities and palliative care. Recent clients include Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Surrey and Borders Partnership, East London NHS Foundation Trust, Guy's and St Thomas' and South London and Maudsley, with projects spanning the UK, across the Middle East and into Africa.
